Male born January 18, 1965 in Jeanette Pa at Monsour Hospital. Adopted at 3 days old, and I believe the adoption was facilitated by the church my adoptive parents attended, whose last name was Patterson. From the Orphans court record I found, my Birth Mother's last name was King, and I think the first name was Dixie. Both adoptive parents have passed, Father in 1970, Mother in 1998.
