I am looking for a boy that was adopted out of Pike County Ky in 1968? He was born 7-28-62. His birth name was Harry Warren Owens. I don't have alot of information on his family. He has an older sister named Elizabeth. We just want him to know that we still love him after all these years. We never wanted to lose him, but because of our financial status and my father had polio the courts decided against letting us keep him. |
