My birth mother who gave birth to me on January 24th 1988 at Broward County communtiy Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale FL... so im told. She was to believed to be 24 years of age and left me there for adoption... obviously. Her name as the information ive ben dealt is Rebecca Phelps, Maiden name Henzie or Henzey.
