i am searching for my birth parents. i was born in lumberton nc on october 29, 1971. i recently found out that i have an older sister. i have been told that i am 100% lumbee indian. my adopted parents were stationed in mississippi when they got the call to see if they would like to adopt a baby girl... me!! i was four months old and living in an orphanage. my social workers last name is itzen. i understand that my parents were married and not teenagers when i was born...the adoption was done out of financial reasons. i have been wanting to find them ever since i became a mom eleven years ago!!! my birth certificate says wayne county, nc. i have a birth mark on my right shoulder that is round and a little smaller than a dime. i have a year round tan, black hair, dark brown eyes and 5'5" in height, 135lbs. i was born premature also.
