My Son born in Phx. Arizona, July 13, 1984. He was born at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was adopted through Catholic Social Service and I left his records open if he decided he would want contact or any questions answered he needed. He has a brother,Derek-27,two sisters, Anna-17 who also was adopted and a sister Tyler-9 who is with me. I never wanted to give you up, I felt I had no choice and it was the only chance you had at that time for a better life than I was able to provide.Please contact us, we want to know you and our family be complete, which it isn't with you not here. I was adopted also, so I understand not knowing. If you just need answers and perfer not to have contact I understand and will give you any answers you want or need.
