I was born on June 9 1980, at Davis North Medical Center in Layton UT at 12:27 AM, via c-section. According information that we have received my biological mother named me Jason Webb. Per Child Study given to Adoptive Parents at time of adoption. My biological mother was 15 years old, was 5'3" tall , weighed 100 lbs, had brown eyes and hair, and a medium fair complexion. Biological Mother had spend several years in Foster Care, and was the youngest of six children. Study also states that family had a history of cleft lip however I was not born with one. The biological mother did have a severe case of toxemia, however I was carried full term. Breast feeding was commenced, however it was interrupted when biological mother developed the flu while in the hospital and had to be treated with antibiotics. I was 7lbs 8oz at birth. The birth father is unknown.I have brown eyes, and was adopted at two weeks of age. Biological Mother and I spent 1 week in the hospital. Biological mother did take me home briefly and then placed me for adoption. I was in a foster home for one week while biological mother made her final decision. |
