I am looking for my birth family for my medical history. I was born in Toledo Hospital on or around Dec.12,1972 as a Hopkins. I was put in the Miami Childrens home unsure of how long or if I even stayed there. I was 6 months old when I was put in my (foster)adopted parents home and was adopted at 18 months old March 1975.
