I am helping my daughter-n-law look for her birth mother. She is suppose to be full blooded Sioux Indian. She was born 1-23-1989 in Lubbock, TX. Her mother's name was Lou Ann and her adopted mother's name is Louann. Her birth mother and adopted mother had a meeting because her birth mother wanted the records to be open.
Her birth mother had at least 2 other children and her father had left them. She didn't want to give her up but she knew she could not support another child. When she was born she was 5 lbs. Any help would be appreciated. |
