I was born 11/18/61 in the City of Los Angeles. The adoption was through the LAC Adoption Bureau. My birth mother offered this name for the birth certificate: ALBERT DAVID WHITE III. It was a formal adoption by Judge McCourtney, Court NW AD 2408 C#10190 A#12078. My birth mother came from another state, met my natural father at an Air Force Base, became pregnant, wanted to marry, he refused and they broke off with eath other. My birth mother was 20 years old, 5'3" brown eyes, brown hair, fair complexion and worked as a bookkeeper. She liked to read and sew. My birth mother graduated from high school and business college. She was Protestant, and of Scotch/Iris descent. My birth father was 23 years old, an only child, 5'11", blue eyes, blond hair, and fair complexion. He was a high school graduate with two years of college and was an Air Force Pilot. He was interested in flying, crafts, models, and reading. Protestant of English descent. Information regarding the grandparents (not sure, but likely the natural mothers parents): Mother was 40 years old, 5'3" blue eyes, blond hair. Father was age 55, 6' tall. Dark hair and eyes and was an engineer. I was raised by two wonderful people who adopted me when I was three months old. Sadly, both of my parents have recently died.
