Vance- I am searching for my birth parents, Eugene Mills and Joyce Ann (Vance) Mills. Joyce and Eugene were living in West Virginia in 1961-62 when I and my younger sister were placed for adoption. Sallie and I were born in Indiana. Joyce was born in Ashland KY and Eugene was born in Alberta Canada. I also would like information concerning my birth siblings which I believe are named, Patty, Peggy and Donna Mills. I was told there were possibly other children as well.
