I was adopted through the Welfare office my cert. no. is 62-262440. I am 5' 2" with brown hair and eyes. I was told I was not the first born and that my b/m was around 20 years old at the time of my adoption. She also worked at Brian Mfg. in Monticello at the time she was pregnant with me.
