Costello/Castello (or some derivative) - gave up a baby boy in July 1968 for adoption to B. and S. Fisher. Adoption took place through Catholic Charities. Baby was born in Wilmington, DE. Baby was taken to live with family in Salisbury, MD. Hoping for contact and/or information on mother and information regarding birth father. I would like answers to some medical/family history questions. I lead a very happy well adjusted life, and had a nice childhood. I am not seeking to cause trouble. I just have some questions regarding medical information and birth father. |
