I am looking for either of my borth parents for medical information. I was born August 5, 1974 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to Patricia Wagner. Not sure if she was still married to my birth father Edgar (Edward, Edwin?) Wagner at the time. I believe they were living in Muncy, Pennsylvania at the time. My birth mother enlisted in the Army shortly after my birth and her recruiter, Sgt. Lee Makley and his family were the ones who adopted me. I know for sure that I have one older brother named Don(ald) from their marriage as I have met him. I believe there is a set of male twins from my birth mother (not sure) as well. Last I knew, my birth father was remarried. Also, the last information I had on my borth mother is that she was a welder in the State College Pa area (this information is about 13 years old however).
