Hi! I am a female born OCTOBER 11,1970 @ 4:45pm at Shawnee Mission Hospital... This was a private adoption... My name on my birth cerificate is Jennifer Kay Johnson (which my adoptive parents chose). L.E. Leigh M.D. was the Physicians name listed on my birth certificate. My birth number on my birth certificate is: 115- 70-27458. Only my adoptive parents names are on my birth certificate- not my birth parents names. I am 37 and living in Seaford, Delaware. The only thing I know about my birth parents is that they were around 34-36 at my time of birth. Father had brown eyes, mother had green. I believe one or both of them went to a 2-year business college. I am 5'7", 130 lbs., long dark curly hair, hazel eyes, and VERY athletic! Still have 1 baby tooth on my lower right side (which the dentist said is most likely hereditary, so I thought I would include this :) Have wanted to find you for MANY years, just didn't want to make waves in anyone's family. Hopefully one day we will find each other once again! Thank you for allowing me to have the most wonderful life imaginable. I love you!
