I am searching for my birth parents. I really know nothing. I was in foster care in Charlotte, NC and was adopted when I was 3, in Dec. 1956. (My birthdate is 8-21-1953). I believe the adoption was handled by social services. My adoptive parents led me to believe my birth father was in the military. I requested non-identifying info from the state but after 2 years I don't believe they are going to send anything. | |||||||||||||||||||||
