I am searching for my birthparents or any relatives, I was born on April 5th, 1988 at Grace Hospital in Windsor Ontario. From what I was told, my real mother and father were about 18 at the time, they gave me the name Adam which was legally changed to Josip Adam Vincent, I am about 5'8 with blue eyes and blonde hair. All I know of my mother is she is Irish and had the last name 'Dalton', and at the time she was interested in nursing at st.clair college. My father is a mix of eastern european, all other information is unknown. I was told he wrote me a letter but I have never seen it.
