Searching for birth parents. Name on order of adoption is Judith Carey. Born 4/20/60. Adoption handled by Catholic Family Services, Rochester. Was born premature at 36 weeks and weighed 3lbs 12 oz at birth. Baptized at St. Stanislaus, Rochester on 5/23/60. Adoption was not finalized until 2/26/62 in Monroe County. Mother was 23 and had worked as a legal secretary for a lawyer's co-op and had two years of college. Non-id information from the State regarding adoption " The court of adoption reported that your mother and her husband, who was not your father, agreed to place you for adoption." Mother was 23 in 1960, 5'8", slim, curly auburn hair, blue eyes, light freckled complection, "Very intelligent, articulate, artistic and attractive", "enjoyed the arts, particulary painting", roman catholic, irish. Mother had 4 sisters and 2 brothers Father 22 in 1960, 5'11", sturdy lean frame, brown eyes, brown hair, light complection, worked as a clerk, german ancestry. I am 48 and have 3 children and would really like to be able to provide them with some family history. Adoptive parents are deceased. Thanks!
