I am a 43 yr old female who just found out that I was adopted...my adoptive parents are both deceased and I am trying to obtain a passport, after being denied I began asking my siblings questions and my oldest sister said she took my adoptive mother to John Booth Memorial Hospital in Des Moines Iowa to get me. My birth date is September 1, 1964. Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Adoptive parents last name is Woods. Possibly looking for the last name of DeAngelo but not sure. If you gave a baby girl up for adoption at birth on or around this date, please contact me!!! |
