My name is Kelly Gilles. My first name was given to be by my birth mother, and kept by my adoptive family to the best of my knowledge. I was born at St. Vincents's Hospital In NYC on May 12th, 1969 (at 7:11pm from what I'm told). I was adopted from the New York Foudling Hospital in NYC. My birth father is German and Jewish. My mother is Irish and English, and according to record has 7 siblings. I am now 39 years old and a drama/special education teacher in NYC. I would love to meet anyone from my birth family, or anyone connected to them.
I want my mother to know that I am grateful for her sacrifice. I am also thankful for the gifts that both she and my father have passed on to me. I know little except that my mother was/is in the arts, and my father in law school. I am both artistic, and a voice to that fights for the rights of others. I hope to meet you one day. |
