I am looking for my birth mother.My name is Joshua Kiah Shotwell. The name given to me at birth was Joshua Kiah Wiley. I was born on December 20, 1980 to a woman named Judith Ann Wiley. I was born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Virginia. My birth mother was 19 or 20 years old. I recently found out that she was possibly in the military at Patrick Henry Air Force Base(not sure on the name). She had been living with a girl friend of hers and maybe left the military. My adoptive mother was my sitter after I was born and adopted me at or about 6 weeks old, after my mother was unable to take care of me. My birth mother did not have the money to care for me and wanted a better life for me. From what I have heard my birth mother was a tall red head. I would love to find her and learn about my origins.
