I am searching for my birth mother - father also if possible. Him I was told passed March of 1954 before my Aug.'54 birth,(supposed reason for my adoption; his "passing"). Don't fully believe that due to the fact birth mother's husband was overseas serving in the Korean Conflict and I was the result of the liason between her and birth father. Have no info on him at all. I was born in St. Petersburg, FL., 8-14-1954. Hospital name: Mound Park Hospital. Birth mother's name on adoption decree: Jan Chandler; name used during my birth Chandler and Anderson. Told she was 24 yrs. old at time of my birth and I was her first child. Also that she came from a northeastern state to give birth then leave afterwards. Adoption handled by a lawyer named Paul Roney.
