This is all pretty much a guess. I believe I was born in Clay County, Georgia on September 14, 1968. I was named Baby William until my adoption just a few weeks later. My adopted parents "forgot" where they went to get me. My birth mother was 17, long black hair. I believe my birth father had red hair, was 21 and in the miltary.
