Searching for Birth Mother or Father. I believe my birth name was John Michael Sisson (possibly Sissen). I am Filipino and was born at 1:47 p.m. on August 17, 1973 in Hamilton County. I was either born at Good Samaritan Hospital or placed at that location for adoption. Below is a picture me as a baby with my adoptive Aunt.
