April 17, 1970, birthdaughter, born at St. Joseph Hospital adopted through Catholic Charities, Chicago, Ill. Name given to her at birth - Collete Desiree Cerveny -Born at 3PM-She was adopted within 6 weeks of her birth. Birthmother's name Charlene Cerveny (Hanna)Mother is 55 Brownish, blonde hair, powder blue eyes. She looks young for her age. 5'5 slender and now divorced. Colette has two half brothers, Keith, 36 Fabian 32. Keith the other brother lives in Ball, Lousiana. Her Uncle Norman, 51, lives in Norcross, Ga. Charlene, Fabian and his children live in North Texas,also grandmother which wants to see her before she dies. She is going to be 91 in September,2008. She has 3 nieces, 2 1/2 7 and 8. Grandfather died at 58 years old. I would very much like to get in contact with her, I have missed her since the time I gave her up and she was such a beautiful baby and I love her very much, and would like to be part of her life.
