I am looking for my wife's birth parents she was born at Washoe medical center. On April 17th, 1969. Her adoptive parents name was Uhlig. The birth mom was 17 when she gave birth to her, and the birth dad was 19. Mom had blond hair and was in beauty school at the time of the pregnancy. Birth dad is from CA. Birth mom from NV.
