I am looking for my birth mother. I was born in Ogden, Utah on Jan. 26 1982 at the McKay Dee Hospital. I believe my birth mothers name is Rita Garcia, however I am not 100% sure. I also believe that the name of the Dr. that delivered me was Dr. Starling. From what my adopted mother has told me about the situation of my adoption is that the Judge believed that I was my birth mothers 2nd child and that she was either a young mother or wasn't financially able to support me. I just want to say that I am not looking to judge or put blame on my birth mother. I am just curious about her and my background.
