(but not 100% sure about that) Nancy was 19-20 at the time and from Lapeer county. However birth could have taken place in another county. Adoption may have taken place thru a Catholic agency. possibly in Port Huron. Birth name of boy was Michael or Possibly Chad Michael. This baby has biological siblings brother and a sister both with blue eyes born in 1968 and 1972.
