Ruth Howard, Tingley, Tuttle. I was adopted from Portland and my given birth name was Joan Constance Tingley, my birth date was May 4 1950 and I was adopted by Dudley and MArguerite Olsen when I was about 6 weeks old and the adoption was final in 1951 and my birth mothers name was Ruth Tingley. I believe her Maiden name was Howard and in 1952 she married Lewis Tuttle in Clinton ME. When her name was Tingley I believe her husbands name was Edward and they were married in 1942 and he passed away in 1978 at the age of 75 in Portland ME, I do not know if he was my father. There is a possibility that I might have half siblings.
