I am a female adoptee looking for birth mother. I was born in Rochester, Minnesota on Jan. 14 1970. I was put in foster care and then adopted on Feb. 13 1970 through Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Winona. The only information that my adoptive parents received with me was that my birth mother had allergies.
