I am searching for my BirthMom, Siblings, any Biological Family. I was born on April 14, 1967 at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria Illinois. I was born with a heart defect. I was placed at Schlarman Childrens Home in Peoria for the first sixteen months of my life, before being adopted. I have been working with Midwest Adoption Center. I have been told that my Mother had some college, was twenty five years old at the time of my birth. Her interests were listed as teaching, history and english. My Father was twenty four at the time of my birth. I was told he was a college senior. His interests were law and sports. This is just speculation, but I believe they attended Bradley University, but am not sure of this. My adoption was handled through Catholic Charities and the Department of Children and Family Services. Midwest Center has found my Birth Mother. She was found January 2008. She is not interested in contact. I am hoping someone will find this post and let her know how very much I want to get to know her. My intentions are only good. There are no "whys" in my search. I want to know her, and I feel that I may have siblings. I want to know them, when and if she becomes ready. Midwest has found my Birth Father. He passed away ten years ago. I have been told he had no other children. I want to get to know my Biological family and I want them to know who I have become. Please encourage my Birth Mother to make contact.
