My birth name was John Henry Albert Quelch . My father was Albert Leonard Quelch . I understood the family came from Oxford area UK & were in the boot , shoe & leather business . He married a Mary Bonfield Morfoot ( my mother ) in Shipdham Norfolk about 1925 . There may have been a connection with James Cook the exp;lorer & navigator . Do you know of any connections ?
