I am looking for my birth mother and father or other siblings and family I may have. I was born 6/1/1984 supposedly and I was born premature by approx. 5-6 weeks (not sure exactly) and I think I was born in St.Therese hospital in Waukegan Illinois and then transferred to Evenstan in Chicago and I was adopted thourgh a lawyer with the name of Maury Sims I believe not a adoption agency. I have no info. on my birth parents. I have a small birth mark on the left side of my neck near my collar bone. I have brown eyes and brown hair I think that my birth mother was young when she gave birth to me but I am not sure on that.
