Looking for Birth Parent. I was born on August 22,1976 in Tacoma -- at Tacoma General Hospital. The name on my pre-adoption birth certificate was "Boy Wood". The Doctor that attended the birth was Dr. Richard Huish, and the attorney that facilitated the adoption was Perrin Walker. At birth I was slightly yellow with jaundice. Otherwise a healthy boy. I was given to my loving adoptive family when only four days old. Now, at age 31, I have been diagnosed with cancer of the tongue and am most anxious to see if there is any cancer history from my natural family. I have had a full and happy life with no health issues up to this point, but need any information that might be helpful to my doctors. I am 6' 3" tall, and have a large football player physique. Although I was heavy, I have lost about 100lbs with my cancer issues. | |||||||||||||||||||||
