I'm a sibling with little information from my mother. I'm looking for a sibling born in North Carolina on or near Dec. 22, 1966. Due to adoption laws back then my mother was not told whether it was a boy or girl however she thought she heard something about it being a boy and believes he may have been adopted by a military family.
