I am still looking for my birthparents,younger birth sibblings and any birthfamily.My birth name was Patricia Smith.I was born at St Anthony's Hospiatal in Rock Island IL on May 1,1965.I have an older half brother and an older half sister whom I have met.We have the same birth mom.My birth mom's name was Kathy Smith,this could have been her maiden name or married name last name could be different now.She was 22 yrs old at the time of my birth.Birth mom and birth dad are white.I have at least 4 younger sibblings younger than me,which they could be full blooded to me.I was put in foster care around 6 months old and my older sibblings and I were adopted around 1966 to 1967 through DCFS.I was told that she could be living in somewhere in New York.If anyone has any information please contact me or if you know any of my birthfamily please let them know that I am looking for them and that I have registered with the IL Adoption Registry so they could contact me if they wanted to.If anyone reading this thinks they might be related to me please feel free to email me and I will give you my cell phone number.Debra |
