I am searching for my brother. Joseph Kale Bloomer was his name at the time of adoption.He was born July 17th 1981 in Pekin Illinois.Our Parents divorced when Joseph was about 2 yrs old.Our mother Charlene Bloomer took Joseph and my other brother Kenny to Hawaii.Joseph was taken away from our mother when he was about 5 yrs old and was placed in foster care.In 1989 I went to Hawaii to live with our mother only to find out that my brother Joseph had indeed been adopted.My name is Cristina Rennie(Bloomer)I have been searching ever since.I still reside in Illinois.
