Searching for my birth mother and/or birth father and any half brothers or sisters I may have. Female, born August 29, 1979 in Valencia, CA. I believe my birth mother's name was Dawn Evans and she named me Amy Michelle Evans. I was told she had blonde hair and was 16 years old. I weighed 10 lbs. at birth.
