We are looking for my niece (my brother's daughter). She was born August 16, 1989 at St. Luke's hospital in Boise, Idaho. The girl was in foster care for some time--maybe 6 months or more until she was adopted. The adoptive parents sent photographs to the birth mother (we have lost contact with her) for a few years. The baby girl had very blonde hair, blue eyes and had a very light complexion. She was adopted through LDS Social or Family Services, and was rumored to be adopted by a family from out of state. The birth mother's name is Crystal Ipsen and the father's name is Michael Craig. Those names--especially the father's name may not have ever appeared on the birth certificate.
