Phelan, I am looking for my sister Shauna Anne Phelan, born in Preston Victoria Australia, DOD 16th March 1964 to Margaret Anne Silver nee Crossin, and John Phelan, the only info i have is that John took custody of my sister and have not seen her since she was one year old.
We have been searching for her for so long and just wish we could have some knowledge of her,
Johns parents lived in Preston or Heildberg in Victoria Australia, i only just remember his mum and dad, he apparently was a police officer in the Victorian police force, i dont have anything from there, Shauna may have been fostered out or adopted although there is no record of an adoption in Australia,
