My name is William Robert Russell (last name of adopted parents) but I go by Billy. I was born October 17, 1975. I was adopted along with my birth sister, Amy (who is a year older). I'm looking for my birth parents. I was adopted in Texas when I was 4. I do know that we went through several foster homes before being adopted. I am unsure if I have any other siblings.
