I'm searching for my biological mother or father. I was born on March 22, 1962. I do not know what name I was given at birth. I was put into foster care, where my foster mother adopted me. Her name was Martha Tate Lail. She was around the age of 60 when she adopted me. I remember hearing stories that I may have been born a little early, I'm not sure. I know I was around 5 pounds when I was born. Any help is appreciated! As far as I know I was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lex, Ky. The social worker that may have handled my adoption was Naomi Murphy.
