I am in search of my daughter born Linda Rae Costis on Aug 9, 1983 in Norfolk VA. I was 16 at the time and my name at the time of adoption was Lynn Marie Costis. I am married and now go by Lynn Marie Lees. The birth father's name is James Carigan. The agency used for the adoption was Catholic Family and Children's Service. I was told she was adopted by a Catholic couple with a son 5 years older than Linda Rae and her adoptive father was a lawyer and the mother was a former teacher and at the time a stay at home mother. Would like to meet her.
