I am searching for any biological family members. I was told my birthday is August, 31 1973 and was born in Daytona Beach, FL. Florida records are very secure, and have had no luck so far. I was originally adopted as a baby by Richard Helbing, and moved to Wisconsin soon after. I think he was in the Navy base in Jacksonville. I left that family at 5 and was adopted again at 6, to leave that family when I was 15. I think my birth mom would have been a teenager and birth dad was in mid to late 20's or early 30's. That's all i know. it is rumored that my mother was in an unwed mother's home then. Not sure....she is rumored to have been around 14-16 years old at the time of my birth.
