Birth father he was a bartender in Rufus Oregon in 1963 just after the bridge in Biggs was built. Also my 1/2 sister last known as Connie Adams. My Mothers name was Phyllis Clara Wilkes and I never made contact with her before her death. Any living realitives of my two 1/2 brothers Jim Wilkes and Larry Wilkes both are not longer alive. I was born and adopted out in The Dalles, Oregon my name is Angela Comini. The Dr. was John Skirving.
