I am looking for information on the birth parents of my wife. She was born on October 20, 1978 in Kokomo, IN and does not know any info on her birth parents. She was adopted by a couple with the Surname Shoaf. She has tried many ways to find out all the information that she can but with no success. The problem is that it a closed adoption.
