Granddaughter; born of bi-racial parents, mother's name at time of birth: Jane Ann Pertzborn, white; father...can't remember name, he is African-American, but I believe he is listed on OBC. Name given to granddaughter: Lisa. Birth on April 3 (possibly 2nd) 1986 in Madison, WI. Hospital, or agency through which she was adopted, unknown to me, but all done in Madison. Daughter Jane committed suicide December/2008; mother's age at time of birth>19, she was born April 5, 1966. I am her birth mother, Lorraine Dusky I have registered with the state, but she has not returnred asking for information.
