We have a half sister who was born on March 25, 1988. The only information we have on her is that her birth mother's name was Evelyn Jones and she named her Doris Rose and that her birth parents changed her name to Katie-Katherine Ruth we have a picture of her taken at 3 days old that was postmarked from Nashville Tennessee.
