I am searching for half brother born in Des Moines in 1973-1974? Birth mother's name was Janet Stajcar. I don't have alot of information. She believes he was born in May? I'm assuming at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, IA. I also think it was thru Catholic Charities.
