I am searching for my half-sister born in Indianapolis, IN, June or July of 1980, when I was 4. She was adopted out at 6-8 months old. From the one picture I had, she had strawberry blond hair and possible blue or green eyes. They were still changing. I was told my sister was adopted by a male attorney and his wife, a teacher. Our mother's name was Kim DeVane at the time of adoption. She has since remarried. I was not told my sister's father's name.
