I am looking for my half sister. My dad's name is Donald Wilcox, and he was living in Whittier, California at the time. All I know from my mom is that my dad told her that he had a little girl a couple years before she met him. That was in 1988, so I am guessing that my sister was born between 1983 - 1988. I was told that she had blonde hair as a baby. I know I don't have much but if maybe my sister found her birth mom and she told her her father's name, maybe we can find one another. I was also told that my sister's birthmother was a daughter of a pastor.
